SCHEDULE CHANGE: At last night's meeting, the board approved a Nebraska Department of Education teacher work day for Wednesday, November 24th. There was originally, a scheduled 2pm dismissal for that day. Please note, there is now NO SCHOOL for students on November 24th.

SCHEDULE CHANGE: At last nights meeting, the board approved and added a Nebraska Department of Education teacher work day for Monday, November 1st. There is a scheduled teacher in-service day on Friday, November 5th. Therefore, there will be no students on that Monday or Friday.
Introducing the Tekamah-Herman Spotlight, a weekly feature about our school. A page created by students to inform the community of what is happening in their school. This week we are starting out with Elementary Principal Mrs. Rusk and Secondary Principal Mr. Borders.
Tonight at the T-H and Pender volleyball game, we will be doing a basket raffle. There will be a T-H doll basket, a Pender doll basket and a T-H basket. There will also be similar baskets at the football game on Friday. Tickets can be purchased at both games for 1 ticket for $1 and 6 tickets for $5. All proceeds will be donated to Burt Co Relay for Life.

Parents: At some point this week you should have received an email about an immunization opportunity here at school next week. If you haven't received the email, please contact your respective school office. NOTE: Covid vaccines available will be BOTH Moderna and Pfizer.

School pictures are soon! September 15th to be exact. Your elementary child was sent home an order form this week. Middle school and high schoolers can grab order forms at the front desk. If you want to place your order online, you can do so by going to www.DSSchools.com
Back to School Night will be August 18 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. for all Elementary students. A letter from Mrs. Rusk went out today via e-mail to all our Elementary families. If you did not receive an e-mail, please e-mail rpetersen@thtigers.org so it can be re-sent.
