T-H Art Club had a great day at the Wakefield Big Show yesterday and brought home 7 blue ribbons and 31 purple ribbons. Hunter Winkler was voted outstanding artist from Tekamah-Herman. This year's group projected challenged students to create a work of art using paper clips.

It's FRIDAY and we are celebrating our Class of 2026 who have 31 school days left by highlighting Zach Wolf. We are so excited for Zach to head off to UNO next year and showcase his talents in Journalism and Media Communications. Congratulations Zach!!

We are down to 32 school days until graduation and we celebrate with Kristi Raue today. Kristi was very active in wrestling and volleyball and busy with FBLA. Kristi has a budding talent in photography and we are excited to see where those skills take her in digital media. Congratulations Kristi!

Do you have an 8th grade Tekamah Herman Student? Please plan on attending High School Registration night. At this informative session, you and your student will learn about earning credits towards graduation, the differences between required classes and elective classes each year, your child's career inventory results, and help your child select classes for 9th grade.

Attention Seniors and Alumni in college - Just a reminder the Tekamah Herman Foundation scholarships are due April 15, 2026 by midnight. With the new scholarship platform it might take you additional time, so do not delay getting those applications in.

Mid-Term Graduate Samuel Hart is our Senior Highlight today. Samuel kept busy with Quiz Bowl, One Act and FCCLA. Congratulations Samuel and to our graduates with 33 school days to go until Graduation!

Thomas Braniff is celebrating 34 school days left until graduation as our next senior spotlight. Thomas stayed busy with Golf, Basketball, Wrestling and FFA. Thomas enjoyed his classes in the Career Education Building but especially his wood shop classes. He will be joining the Carpentry Union after high school. Congratulations on your accomplishments Thomas and best of luck!!

The Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department will be bringing the Smile in Style children's dental health program to our school on Thursday, March 26th. See the flyer for more details!

35 days until graduation and Brock Paul is our next featured Senior. Brock stays busy in our Music and Theater Departments and has held several lead roles in both Musical and One-Act. Brock is also busy with Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) program locally and statewide. Brock is going to continue to be a Tiger at Doane University next year. We are all excited for your next journey Brock! Congratulations.

THS will have a 10:00am start on Monday, March 16, 2026. The Herman bus will run accordingly. No morning preschool.
