The 7th FACS class finished their mini monster project in time for Halloween, and delivered the finished project to the kindergarten class today!

Miss Stacey from Nebraska Extension in Burt County visited 2nd grade for a fun science lesson on the states of matter. Students learned that popcorn can go through all three states of matter (solid, liquid, and gas) while it pops!

As winter approaches school scheduling information will be posted on all THS social media accounts, through our alert system, and when possible on local TV stations. Please be sure to follow THS social media and keep updated contact information with the school office. We will do our best to have scheduling decisions made the night before or no later than 6:00 am the morning of school.

Thanks to Stacey Keys from Nebraska Extension in Burt County. She taught our 5th grade science classes about the power of wind. They recorded the amount of wind energy and converted it to watts created.
