The Nebraska Department of Education is asking schools to collect information on students’ digital access at home. If you have a student in school, please fill out the following survey. The survey only needs to be filled out ONCE per household. If you have multiple children in school, please use your YOUNGEST school aged child’s information when filling out the survey.
