It's Thursday and you know what that means....Tekamah-Herman Spotlight! This week we have Mrs. Braniff and Ms. Nuss.

SCHEDULE CHANGE: At last nights meeting, the board approved and added a Nebraska Department of Education teacher work day for Monday, November 1st. There is a scheduled teacher in-service day on Friday, November 5th. Therefore, there will be no students on that Monday or Friday.
Introducing the Tekamah-Herman Spotlight, a weekly feature about our school. A page created by students to inform the community of what is happening in their school. This week we are starting out with Elementary Principal Mrs. Rusk and Secondary Principal Mr. Borders.
Tonight at the T-H and Pender volleyball game, we will be doing a basket raffle. There will be a T-H doll basket, a Pender doll basket and a T-H basket. There will also be similar baskets at the football game on Friday. Tickets can be purchased at both games for 1 ticket for $1 and 6 tickets for $5. All proceeds will be donated to Burt Co Relay for Life.

School pictures are soon! September 15th to be exact. Your elementary child was sent home an order form this week. Middle school and high schoolers can grab order forms at the front desk. If you want to place your order online, you can do so by going to www.DSSchools.com
Ponca has notified us that their athletic boosters will be having a tailgate party this Friday before the football game from 5pm - 6:30pm. If you are interested, they will have hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, cookie and a drink for sale.

Congratulations to all of our Spring 2021 "A" Honor Roll and Honor Roll students! "A" Honor Roll students carry a 93% or above average while Honor Roll students carry a 90-92.9% average.
The end of the year coed staff/student volleyball tournament is underway!
